Robby stayed with Dan and I for a while while he and his wife were moving to FL but now there's no Danny and no wife so..... just me n Robby now! Shoot he's known Dan since high school but when he (Dan) took off on us, he wrote everyone off, even his long-time friends. What an ass. Even Paul doesn't understand what happened. Paul's just glad I'm ok now coz I really wasn't for a while there but he was there for me, never letting go of my hand. My guardian angel, no doubt.
I so glad my buddy's comin back to (hopefully) stay (transfers, deployment... shit could always happen). Hopefully we can lift each other up here and start getting back on our respective feet. But for now I'm just making room in the apartment for him, he'll be in Sunday morning, busing it in from Phoenix bleh.... Things HAVE to start looking up though... I've been at the bottom far too long and I just couldn't do it any more. I prayed and prayed that I needed someone HERE coz my health is shite (COPD and a degenerated lower back which leaves me in constant pain whether I'm standing, walking or sitting) and I just couldn't do it on my own and finally this Wednesday when I hit my lowest point emotionally, I had my two closest friends, Paul and Eddie, sending out energy for me and the next day, there's Robby on the phone telling me he's coming home. Omg... I think I fainted for a second... couldn't believe it. Literally an answer to my prayers.

Hehe he does miss that baby girl too no doubt. "How's my little girl," he says. Hehe not so little any more! Boy is that gonna be a good reunion. We're gonna have so much fun once we get a DECENT CAR to actually GO places and get back on a normal schedule (well as normal as possible with his screwey work shifts but it comes with the job). But hell if ya ain't got family, make one tru? Mine's all spread between Florida, Tennessee and Arkansas -- NO family here whatsoever. Kari hasn't gotten to see her grandma B and great grandma Betty since 2005 and they're on their last legs both with serious health probs down in Lauderdale. I'd really love for them to get to see her soon, they need to. And she needs to know she has other family as well. They talk on the phone but that's not enough.
Last time we all hung out it was great he's so much fun :)
Ah and my soulmate Paul.... big scary bear hehe yea right only when crossed.... biggest sweetheart I've ever known. That's my angel and my strength right there. I would not have made it thru these past few years without him, that's for sure.

Well met from the hysbryd chan chifriniaeth... Isn't she just gorgeous? Well, I think so :) My little angel is growing up so fast. It's amazing to go all the way back in the photos from when she was just a few months old and watch how she grows. My closest friend Paul said to me when he saw her new school picture, "Beautiful! One thing though - when did she become 10 years old?!?!" Hehe... indeed she does look a lot older than just turning 6 in less than 2 months... she's so incredibly intelligent too... I'm just such a proud mama!
